How to invest?

To invest in PEI, you must purchase TEI equity securities through a primary market issue or the secondary market, in either case via a brokerage or investment advisory firm.

Primary Market Issue


Occurs when the investment vehicle issues new security.

In the first offer, current investors can exercise their preferential subscription right (pro-rata right) and mantain their overall share.

The Secondary Market


A current or new investor may acquire PEI equity securities in the secondary market traded daily on the Colombian Securities Exchange.

Those investors interested in purchasing PEI securities should do so through an investment advisor or brokage firm like Casa de Bolsa.
