¿Cómo invertir?


Si está interesado en invertir en el PEI lo debe hacer a través de la compra de Títulos Participativos TEIs, los cuales puede acceder a través de una emisión primaria o del mercado secundario.Para cualquier de los dos casos lo debe hacer por medio una Sociedad Comisionista de Bolsa

Emisión Primaria

Se presenta cuando el vehículo emite Títulos nuevos.
En una primera vuelta: los inversionistas actuales pueden ejercer sus derechos de preferencia y mantener su porcentaje de participación.

Mercado Secundario

Un inversionista actual puede adquirir Titulos Participativos del PEI en el mercado secundario, quienes transan diariamente en la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia.
Los inversionistasinteresados en adquirir Titulos del PEI deben hacerlo a través de una sociedad Comisionista de Bolsa, como Casa de Bolsa.
